Chintels Announces Real Estate Projects of over 5 million sq. ft. in New Gurgaon

In view of the rising demand in the realty sector, Chintels India Ltd., a real estate development company, with an extensive presence in Delhi and NCR has announced the launch of over 5 million square feet of residential and commercial development projects valued at around Rs 3500 crore in current market rates. The projects spread across Sectors 106, 108 and 109 of New Gurgaon will be a part of Chintels Metropolis, a 400 acre plus development spread across several sectors of Gurgaon. The development is only a kilometer away from the new Northern Peripheral Road that is coming up there and is soon to become the primary link between Jaipur/Gurgaon and Delhi.
