Prospective home buyers of the city spent the first half of their weekends at the two-day DNA Happy Walls Property Exhibition held at the Mauli Gardens near Hotel Mahabaleshwar in Baner.
The exhibition was aimed at buyers looking for projects being developed in the western part of the city. Visitors at the exhibition got a glimpse at the various properties put up in the stalls by the reputed real estate developers of the city.
The exhibition was open to the public from 11 am to 7: 30 pm. The properties displayed in the exhibition covered areas like Aundh, Baner, Wakad, Hinjewadi, Talegaon and Kalewadi.
Sarika Pahare, a prospective homebuyer who visited the exhibition said, “We are looking for a nominal house and I did get to see a few options at the exhibition which matched our demands and that fits in our budget.”
For the ones, who are were looking for properties as
second investment, found many projects worth banking upon. They thronged to the stalls to find the home of their choice. “High end projects are also available here and that is what I found attractive here. I am here for a second investment. I think the Villa options are pretty attractive and a variety of options are available here,” said Rohan Daga.
