Real estate issues, including Maharashtra Housing Act 2012, will be discussed at a conference at JW Marriot, Juhu, on May 11 from 9.30am to 6pm.
The topic of the debate is ‘Redevelopment of Housing Projects — Business & Professional Opportunities’ and Maharashtra Housing Act, 2012, which was recently passed in the state assembly. “It is a good initiative. It will help understand and decode the jargons in real estate,” said experts. Mayor Sunil Prabhu and municipal commissioner Sitaram Kunte will attend the event.
