Brigade Group wins two prestigious awards at CREDAI Real Estate Awards 2012

Brigade Group, one of India’s leading real estate developers was awarded with two prestigious awards of the Real Estate industry, "Theme based township of the year" in the country for Brigade Gateway an integrated enclave, and "The Best Commercial/Retail, office space of the Year" for the World Trade Center Bangalore at Brigade Gateway Campus, by Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India at CREDAI Real Estate awards 2012. Brigade Group is the only developer to have received two awards at the event.

The awards were announced at a star studded even attended by opinion makers of the Real Estate sector and well-known celebrities from Bollywood, on Saturday - August 11, 2012 at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai.

The company got these awards amongst many companies participating from 100+ cities across India including the metros. The jury selected Brigade Gateway and World Trade Center for the respective awards after visting Brigade Gateway campus and subsequently, by a presentation made by the Brigade team at Delhi.

The Brigade Enterprises Ltd stock was trading at Rs.47.25, down by Rs.0.35 or 0.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48.90 and low of Rs.47.25.

The total traded quantity was 5607 compared to 2 week average of 11378.
