Realty Expo of CREDAI starts


The two-day CREDAI Realty Expo, 2012, got under way here on Saturday, with major realtors from the city and housing finance institutions participating in it.

The event is being organised by the city chapter a real estate body, Confederation of Real Estate and Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI).

CREDAI-Karnataka founder president KK Malpani inaugurated the event at Gayathri Vihar, Palace Grounds. CREDAI-Bengaluru president R Nagaraj, in his welcome address, said, “The expo is aimed not only at networking, but at providing best products under all price ranges to the prospective homebuyers.”

Faizal Rizvi, chairman, Realty Expo, said, “This year’s Expo features 70 of the leading developers from Bangalore, as well as five developers from Kochi and eight housing finance institutions. The visitors to the expo will get spot sanctions at some preferential offers.”

Sushil Mantri, managing director, Mantri Developers, and a former president of CREDAI, hailed the Realty Expo for the sheer number of participants it attracts.

JC Sharma, vice-chairman, Sobha Developers, said, “This expo is meant for giving all possible benefits to the end customer. We are expecting more than 100 sales this time.”
